If something is wrong with your box, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible (within 3 hours after delivery or collection). Proof in the form of a photo can help us find a faster solution for you. However, if you contact us later than 3 hours, we will not be able to find out where you kept the box during those hours, so we may not be able to help you. If you cancel more than 30 days before the event, you will be charged 30% of the total amount. If canceled less than 30 days before the event, 100% of the amount will be charged.
