If something is wrong with your box, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible (within 3 hours after delivery or collection). Proof in the form of a photo can help us find a faster solution for you. However, if you contact us later than 3 hours, we will not be able to find out where you kept the box during those hours, so we may not be able to help you.
